HTD-520 Hydraulic laminating machine is compact and economic laminator. It adopts the designs of manual feeding,l hydraulic pressuring system, automatic lamination , auto paper winding and   Hydraulic pressuring system provides big pressure to guarantee good laminating quality. Excellent laminating performance solves completely the problem of snowflake spots in traditional lamination, and perfects products quality and also reduces users' production costs so much.With cutter and microperforating system to make sheet slitting  easier after Laminaitng ;Both ok for 2 sides laminating and 1 side laminating . So this type of laminator is a wonderful choice for laminating process to medium and small enterprises,Copy center and schools .
 
The laminated products will be water-proof, durable, of clear picture and good spatial effect. And the machine is widely used for the lamination of packing materials, labels, books, drawings and maps etc.
 
Configuration:
 
1.Accurate temperature control system,highest 200 degree with two independent temp.control system on the up and bottom roller;
 2. High precision of chrome plated heating roller ,which has excellent performance to temperature control. The laminating temperature is adjustable upon applications.
3.motor:180W AC motor,1:60 gear box,high power to ensure lamination without stop and more steady;
4. Hydraulic pressuring system provides big and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality.
5. Film cutter cuts film width to make it meet paper size. The cut film is left on the film release spindle
6. Film perforating wheel perforates film edge to make the separation of laminated paper easy.
7. Laminated paper is rolled up automatically by the winding spindle. Winding speed is adjustable upon requests. Winded paper will be cut by manual work.
